Types and Roles of Partners

Channel partnerships primarily focus on territorial brand promotion, student referral and recruitment activities, and corporate education consultancy services for U21Global. Our channel partners play a critical role - most of the time, they fully represent U21Global to a prospective student or corporate client.

At U21Global, we operate on a business framework comprising three broad levels of channel partnership, namely;

Referral Agents (RA)

  • RAs are our basic level of channel partners and require the least amount of investment and resources. RAs typically facilitate U21Global’s business development into corporate accounts and prospective student referrals.

Recruitment Partners (RP)

  • RPs represent U21Global at a pre-defined territory or geography. Typically, RPs will invest in marketing and promotional initiatives, and will have dedicated employees trained by U21Global to guide and counsel new students into our programmes locally.

Exclusive Recruitment Partners (XP)

  • XPs are the highest level of channel partnerships, and are reserved only for partners who are able to prove high performance in a pre-defined territory. The expectations of an XP are far higher than that of an RP.
